Alyssa Ott - Customer Service Representative

Alyssa studied business at Kalamazoo Valley Community College before discovering her passion for working with animals. Originally from Michigan, she moved to Charlotte two years ago and has loved building a life there ever since. Her passion for animals grew immensely through volunteering and participating in animal rescues.

As a CSR at our veterinary clinic, she enjoys connecting with clients and helping make every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. She is currently in school pursuing her Veterinary Assistant certification and loves continuing to grow within the veterinary field. Seeing both pets and their owners each day is what makes this work so rewarding for her.
