Kaitlyn Cook

Kaitlyn is originally from Statesville, NC. She embarked on her career in the veterinary field as a senior in high school and has loved every moment of it ever since. Having always wanted to work with animals and having always felt a pull to animals, it just made sense! Her favorite thing about this field is knowing that she is here to make pets feel better, there is nothing she loves more than walking into an exam room to a smiling client and pet that are happy to see her.

Kaitlyn has a Shih tzu named Biscuit and a Domestic Shorthair cat named Gravy. The ultimate name combo! When she’s not at work helping animals, she can usually be spotted at an anime convention, reading or being creative with cosplay. In fact, she has participated in several anime convention competitions involving singing and dancing and has won multiple awards! We are excited to see how Kaitlyn wins over our patients and clients at Whole Pet!
