Ashlie Strong

Ashlie is originally from Maryville, Tennessee, but moved to Charlotte in 2007. Her passion for animals began at a very young age with always wanting to be hands on with the Doctor when taking family pets to the Vet and understanding what was going on with them. It also helped that her family assisted (often keeping) abandoned dogs/cats, but what else do you do with 10 acres of land in rural Tennessee!

Her career in VetMed started 5 years ago where she found her calling with helping clients with their fur babies needs, also expanding her knowledge in an ever-growing and changing field. She loves what Whole Pet has to offer with Integrative medicine vs your typical medical approach.

When she’s not in the office she enjoys finding new local coffee shops/food spots around Charlotte to try, tapping into her artistic side with her hobbies, or traveling to one of her favorite coastal cities- Charleston, SC. She also loves spending time with her friends/ family.

Currently she does not have any animals of her own, however she does have 2 family dogs Willowmena and Maximo (pictured) as well as her God dog, Shadow.
